Alex Turyatemba Bashasha

Alex Turyatemba Bashasha is the Managing Partner and head of the Corporate and Energy Departments at the firm, qualified and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He is a commissioner for Oath and a Notary Public. Alex Turyatemba Bashasha also holds a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Development and is a Doctor of Philosophy fellow/PHD (fellow)

Alex Turyatemba Bashasha is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society. Alex Turyatemba Bashasha is a human rights Consultant and has a vast experience in arbitration, corporate governance and finance, investment, Receivership/insolvency and litigation. He has dedicated himself to specialized training in Oil & Gas Law. He has taken studies in management, policy and administration setup.

He has had training on representing clients before the international Criminal court and international Criminal law at a workshop organized by the international criminal Court and Uganda Law society.

He attended training organized by the Huddersfield Law Society and the Uganda Law Society on partnership, Advocacy, ethics and conduct.

He trained in Commercial arbitration at a workshop organized by Uganda Law society.

He has been involved in the privatization of government parastatals, receiverships, mergers and acquisition as well as corporate due diligence exercises and reorganization.


Alex Turyatemba Bashasha

Muhwezi Ronald is a partner at the firm and the head of litigation. He is qualified as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts of judicature in Uganda. He is a corporate and commercial lawyer principally involved in corporate finance, securitization and mergers and acquisitions. Ronald has a proven track record in debt recovery, real estate and conveyancing.

Ronald is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.


Alex Turyatemba Bashasha

Mpumwire Abraham Dalton is a partner at the firm. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts of judicature in Uganda. His core competencies include: procurement, investment, tax and land law, litigation, banking, corporate and commercial law, real estate, conveyancing. He is also focused on extensive training in international arbitration.

He has been involved in the privatization of government parastatals as well as corporate due diligence exercises and reorganization.

He attended training on building effective insolvency and secured Transaction Systems in East and southern Africa and was involved in appraising the Insolvency Act.

He also attended a Uganda Law Society training workshop on Arbitration, Mediation & Dispute Resolution in Oil & Gas.

He has vast experience in Legislative drafting and regulatory reforms and has been involved in simplification of Laws of Uganda.

He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society


Habumugisha Innocent

Habumugisha Innocent is an Advocate at the firm. He is a capable and experienced corporate Lawyer. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of judicature in Uganda. He is also a Commissioner for Oath.

He worked with Uganda Revenue Authority for 8 years in various capacities with vast experience in tax matters.

He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society


Grace Atuheirwe

Grace Atuheirwe

Grace Atuheirwe is an Associate in the Litigation Department. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts of judicature in Uganda. She is a commissioner for Oath and a Notary Public. She is a member of the Uganda Law society and the East African Law Society. She has vast experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, security realization and insurance litigation. She has keen interest in the energy sector and commercial Law. She also routinely works on trademark applications, renewals and maintenance.

Nkamwesiga Lorna

Nkamwesiga Lorna

Nkamwesiga Lorna is an associate and duly qualified Advocate of High Court in Uganda. She specialises in commercial law with particular emphasis on banking and insurance matters. Lorna also undertakes briefs of a more general nature for our corporate and individual clients and has acted in matters relating to aviation, employment, property law and medical and professional negligence.

Chris mutabuza is an Associate in the Commercial Department. He is an Advocate and did his Diploma in Legal practice from Kenya School of Law. He has practiced in the Nairobi commercial District. He has dedicated himself to energy Law and has vast knowledge construction, minerals, energy, human resource and development. He also advises various clients on securities, Real estate, insurance and intellectual property.

Karokora Elizabeth is an Associate in the Land Department. She has dedicated herself to research in the corporate governance, socio economic development, trends in the financial sector, land management and exploitation. She is involved in land Registration/coveyancing and debt recovery. She is pursuing a Course at the international institute of chartered secretaries to enhance her knowledge of Corporate Law.

Kamugisha Martha Busingye is an Associate in the Banking Department. She has dedicated herself to research in Banking, corporate governance, trends in the financial sector, land management and exploitation. She is involved in land Registration/coveyancing and debt recovery.

Nando Idambi Paul is an Associate in the Litigation Department. He has dedicated himself to research in corporate governance, trends in the energy and construction sector, land management and exploitation. He is involved in land Registration/coveyancing and debt recovery.

Namanya Joan

Namanya Joan is an Associate in the Commercial Department. She is an Advocate. She has dedicated herself to tax Law and is undertaking a course at the international institute of chartered secretaries. She has a proven track record in securities and recoveries.
